Spring 2026 Courses:

Chemistry
Teacher: Adi Deodhar
Schedule: Sundays 6:30 - 7:45 PM PST
Grades: 5-10

This course aims to provide students a fundamental yet in-depth understanding on core topics in
Chemistry. This course will teach a portion of the AP Chemistry curriculum, covering topics ranging
from Nomenclature to Periodic Trends. Students will learn vital calculation skills, primarily learning
different types of stoichiometry.

Intro to Spanish
Teacher: Krupa Nakhate
Schedule: Sundays 11:00 AM-12:00 PM PST
Grades: 5-9

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Spanish language. By the end of this
eight-week course, students will know how to introduce themselves, describe people and places, talk
about their daily routines, express likes and dislikes, and hold short conversations in Spanish. This
course will cover topics such as: greetings, family, food, hobbies, and travel, along with building a
strong foundation in basic Spanish grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary.

Algebra II
Teacher: Shriram Gokhale
Schedule: Sundays 3:00 PM-4:00 PM PST
Grades: 5-9

This course will aim to give students a foundational understanding of Algebra II, including different types of functions (linear, quadratic, polynomial, exponential), methods of manipulating and solving them (graphing, factoring, rationalizing, simplifications), and mathematical sequences.

Biology
Teacher: Pranathi Kande
Schedule: Fridays 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Grades: 3-9

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the basics of biology through interactive Zoom lectures designed to spark curiosity about the natural world. Over eight weeks, students will explore topics such as cells, ecosystems, plant and animal life, life cycles, and genetics.

Intro to Calculus
Teacher: Shriram Gokhale
Schedule: Sundays 4:15 PM-5:15 PM PST
Grades: 5-10

This course will aim to give students a foundational understanding of calculus, starting with limits and
rates of change. Knowledge of algebra and some trigonometry is required to fully understand the course.

Psychology
Teacher: Vandhana Venkateshwaran
Schedule: Sundays 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Grades: 5-9

This course introduces students to the basics of psychology, which is the study of how people think, feel, and behave. Students will explore how the brain works, how people learn and remember things, why emotions happen, and how people interact with others.
The goal is to help students understand their own minds and the behavior of people around them using simple experiments, discussions, and real-life examples.
